It is applied after turning process to obtain the appropriate measurement, surface and secretion precision of the workpieces. It is the chip removal process with a special granular stone from the surface of the rotating part between two centers. The resulting precision is 0.01mm measurement and secretion achieved with a surface precision up to Ra=0.20 µm.
With universal grinding counters, we manage to achieve the precision of our products up to 0.01 tolerances.
